Yes, you have a point, watermarking a logo on the stationery isn't startlingly original. But is design about being startlingly original?
Every logo must be unique or you lose the value in them. The logo itself is absolutely unique and communicates Sera's values of a creative, confident and professional agency.
But you're confusing execution of the stationery with the logo we've created. For me branding is all about capturing the essence of what the business does and sending out the right signals. And the font, colours and style of icon do this in spades.
